Looking for New/Fresh Drum Samples from 2018!

Hey all! I’m in the market for some really great sounding authentic drum sounds, that will work for rock, Americana, pop, Indie, singer-songwriter style...anything from James Bay to Ed Sheeran to Jason Isbell and more!

Currently I have Slate with the Blackbird Pack, Ez Drummer with several packs that all sound great, and have a bunch of Darren King samples from I Want That Sound...they are all amazing. Who all is using I Want That Sound and how are you using their samples? I’ve just been copy and pasting them or putting them in trigger...can’t use the grooves unless you find the right one in the right do you all do it?

I love to layer samples to create different sounds throughout the song, and just looking for more options regarding sounds as well as workflow. Love Tape sounds and thick drums, but want variety as well. How are you guys making killer drum tracks and what do ya use? Are you playing parts on a keyboard, or using prerecorded grooves?

I’m a drummer, but can’t always record a full I find that it’s fun to really shape sounds with samples to fit the song at times and have more options with software than I do recording my one kit in my one room with my same mics.

Anyways, share your experiences!!!
