UAD Apollo Cue Volume struggles

I've struggled with this problem since I got into the UAD platform a couple of years ago. I use an UAD Apollo Quad 8.

To put it simply, during tracking, even with the cue faders on maximum, the level doesn't seem anything like hot enough to drive my headphone amp.

I've tried several amps, right now I'm using a Neve Portico with a pair of Beyer DT150 (250ohm). Even with the headphone amp on full volume, the cans are nowhere near loud enough. If it helps, I like to track with fairly conservative levels, peaks around -16dBfs

What can I try please? Be very grateful for any clues...

Thanks!

Is there a slot for a plugin that you can use to boost the signal?
