waveshell question

HI, I am doing a little cleanup on my system and since I installed cubase 9 I got a little trouble with the waves plugs.

After reinstalling and updating the plugs I have waveshells all over the place. Does someone know which once I can keep/delete. I would prefer to keep all vst3 versions, assuming all waves plugs are vst3?

There are also two WPAPI (1 and 2) bundles, I got 9.7 and 9.91, both in the app folder and in the vst and vst3 plugin folder. Its also 3 vst waveshell IN both vst and vst3 folders one 9.7, and two 9.91 plugs... So to me this is a complete mess.

So what can I do here..?

I took the waveshells, kept tags on which folders they came from,
then put them back, as Cubase reported it could not find each one. That worked for me.
