Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 vs M-Audio ProjectMix I/O

Hi guys! =)

I have a little Scarlet 2i2 and it has served me well. I track with it microphones, guitars and e-upright bass. It has only 2 inputs, but until now this was never a problem.

I am now getting an oldish M-Audio ProjectMix I/O from a friend.
My idea was to use it as a DAW Controller (i enjoy much more the tactile feeling of faders and knobs that using the mouse! ), but it also has inputs and preamps.

So my real question here is:
How do the inputs/preamps on these two interfaces compare?

Do you think i should keep tracking through the Scarlet or i could sell it and just use the ProjectMix?

Thanks!
=)

oh, i guess not many people have experience with both! :/

Is there someone at least who knows the M-Audio ProjectMix? How are the Preamps? Are they OK?
