Help me choosing 6 UAD Plug-ins

Fist of all, English is not my 1st languae. Please understand for my unmatched writing skiils

Recently i bought a UAD Satellite Octocore
and also bought a 6 Plug-ins bundle ticket.
After authorize, I've received 175$ amount of coupons. So, I will use if for buying a relatively cheap plug-ins

1st tier
4 of 6 plug-ins are already in my mind.
LA2A, 1176, Neve 1073, ATR or Studer

2nd tier (2 of below list)
Neve 1081
Neve 88RS or API channel strip
Lexicon 224
Oceanway studio
Thermionic Culture Vulture
MDWEQ5 - I've heard that it doesn't sale, So useful to choose this plug in
API2500
Shadowhills mastering compressor or Manley Variable comp

And, I will buy a EMT140 and CambEQ using coupons.

------------------------------------------------------

I do a R&B / Hiphop music.
Guys, can you recommend anything? (Recommend plug-ins, or modify a 6 plugins or replace the plug-ins list)

Thank you
Best regards

Compressors-> La2A and 1176 are always a good choice.
Also checkout the elysia alpha compressor instead the classical neve.
Eq-> If you want something surgical then i would more recommend something like fabfilter pro Q2.
For an eq with "character" i really like the maag eq, Pultec and manley passive.

Tape simulation / saturation -> I would recommend the fatso instead of the ATR or studer.
The SSL bus compressor also works great for hip hop i have heard.

EMT140 is definitely beautiful but it uses up quite some dsp but since you have an octocore that shouldnt be a problem unless your track counts are very high.

Cambridge is ok in a quick flash, but yeah ... it has been far surpassed. Aren't they giving that away for free by now?

And all you got was $175 in vouchers for an octo? Ouch.

Take advantage of your generous 2 week demos before making decisions if that's possible.

Yes, Helios EQ and total $175 amount of coupons are all.

Take full advantage of the 14 day demo and pick the most expensive one you decide you can't live without. Buying one resets the demo period, so then demo again and pick the most expensive one you can't live without, etc. till you get to six.

Don't waste you six on inexpensive plugs. Spend it on the pricey ones.

And be aware that UA has sales on different types of plugs all the time. I have a fleet of UAD plugs, and when they make a new one that excites me, I wait for it to go on sale.

My high-priced can't-live-without UAD plugs are:
Ocean Way room simulator
Elysia Alpha
Fairchild
Manley Massive Passive
Vertigo VSM3

But as I said, I have a fleet of others I use every day. Cambridge eq, little labs ibp, helios type 69, ep-34 tape, studor 800, etc.

So use the 14 day demo and find what you love. And plan to keep spending... until you find you need another octo core...

My most used UA plug ins:

LA-2A by far. On every vocal and bass track. Lots of other tracks that need smooth leveling and a nice harmonic glow.

EMT140. My go to reverb.

1073 EQ, Pultec EQ, Massive Passive

API vision for drums

Fairchild, Fatso, ATR and Studor Tape Sims get used a lot.

I also love the Roland Dimension D sim.

LA-2 suite, API Vision, Millenia N-SEQ, Ocean Way, Oxford Limiter v2, AMS-RMX

the 1176 is fantastic, the LA-3 too. Roland CE-1 and Dimension D are fab.
