Problems with Audient id4 on MAC

Hello guys,

I hope that someone can help me with this.

I just bought an Audient id4. It's connected on a MacMini with OSX Sierra 10.12. It recognizes, I have output out of it but... I cannot open the ID Software to see the mixer and I don't have inputs. I open my amplitube 4, it recognizes it but no audio at all.
*Quick note: I had installed previously El Capitan and the problem was there as well.

I had installed before a M-audio Projectmix. I think I removed everything from the system, even some kexts and some plugins manually in order to see if this problem would be solved but meh... It's still the same.

I'm really frustrated that I cannot record and rehearse.

Does somebody know what could be wrong?

Thanks!

Did you installed the drivers from audient ?
here is the link: https://audient.com/products/audio-i...id4/downloads/
i open amplitube from Logic pro x and hear the sound without any problem
i just choose the asio driver from audient (inside logic) and thats all.

Yes I did! It says my firmware is already up to date.
Then if I click on Window, I cannot open the mixer.

ok listen
1.put the cable of your guitar to the D.I input of the audient id4
2.turn on the D.I gain button to the midle
3.turn the "monitor mix" button to the right, full right it says "DAW" (thats how you here your guitars signal from a DAW or even the standalone version of amplitube)
4. turn on the Volume button (the biggest button of the audient id4) to the right.......keep turning until you see the leds above goes to red

do all that please and report

Important to put a detail. I'm a sound engineer. The input of it it's working since I hear it if I turn to Input only. But nothing on Daw. It's a driver's problem I guess.

Found the problem. Although I had to delete few stuff before to make it work.

Amplitube sees the DI as input 2 not 1. That's totally weird but ok. Happy it's on

Thanks for the engagement tho

by the way do you like the sound of id4 with amplitube?
i heard a A/B youtube video that compared the id4 and the UR22 from steinberg.
the Id4 was better sounding (more clear sounding)
