High Quality Plugins

What are some high quality plugins that are Windows 10 compatible and you don't have to buy proprietary hardware to run? I'm especially interested in the Neve 1073 plugins.

There's a lot of good option out available. Slate VMR FG-N and Waves Scheps73 are my 2 current favorites.

Other options I would check out are Sonimus Burnley73 and Acustica Acqua Navy.

I'll second the Scheps 73. Soundtoys make great native plugins with lots of color/character, and I really dig a lot of Plugin Alliance's offerings. And be sure to check out Massey as well.

I'm running Sonimus Burnley 73 in Cubase 8.5 on my Win 10 machine. Definitely high quality plugin, low on CPU and you won't need any extra hardware.

Another 1073 thread? Didn't a search reveal anything?

The best answer for anyone asking such an open ended question is to get the trials, and use your ears, then ask specific questions that develop your own understanding and so help you decide for yourself.
