As in Ableton? Nope. Logic 9 at the moment. Will upgrade to Logic X when I get a break to do so and figure out what I'm going to do about some of my legacy plugs that won't make the jump.
One freebie with a multistage gate is Alex Hilton's A1 Trigger Gate and with the many increments, perhaps this can get you closer to where you want. It too has delay built in for offsetting / effect, as well as filtering. Plus, there's an Envelope Shaper.
