iConnectivity mio 10, opinions?

They says they will add functions (months? years ?) ... meanwhile I stay on iConfig and don't update drivers, because my configuration works.

So im in the process of replacing my Motu express 128 which works like **** on Windows 10. Seems that the mio 10 has too great features to miss out on.
However im not a tech wiz and i was wondering how hard it is to set it up on a Windows 10 PC? I use Sonar platinum DAW and all i need is to have 8 reliable ports running hardware synths.

I also have a virtual machine (Windows XP) on the same Windows 10 Host because i use it with old sonar XL projects. With the mio 10, can all the 8 hardware synths be connected to both the Windows XP virtual machine (Sonar XL) and the Windows 10 (Sonar Platinum) ?

Is it very hard to configure ? What is the easiest way? if i connect 2 x usb to the PC will 2 devices show in Windows Control panel ? Then i can simply connect the 2nd device to the Windows XP virtual machine ?

Any help would be awsome. Just wanna make sure that im buying the right thing.
