ADAT/MADI recording latency never the same for each take!

Hi there,
I'm using Pro Tools to record input from adat12, and adat34.
The adat 12 and adat 34 are beats sources from a MTC-slaved Daw.
I record it for one take, ok--> then I do a second take, I zoom in, the position of the beat are never the same as the 1st one...
(the daw/system synced via World Clock so there's no clicking sound)
You can try this in your system, is this a ADAT thing only ? How about using MADT?

Experts! Tell us if this little difference in timing/latency is caused by jitter?

little to no information does not help us help you - plead provide more / some system info .. ok that said, my guess is the MTC drift from the MTC - slaved DAW .. whatever that is ..

what happens when you do this with a Click ( or a 2-pop) ???
