I am successfully using the BlackJack 3.0 drivers in Windows 10 (32-bit).

I got it from the LoudTech Service Portal...link is here:

It's certainly worth a shot to try even if your Win10 is 64-bit.

Did you right click on the exe/properties and try to run the file in windows 7 compatibility mode?

I've been trying to get a client's home studio running again after his upgrade to Windows 10 botched everything up. Thanks for the heads up on getting the Blackjack driver installed. But recording into Audacity yields screwed up audio. Upgraded to the latest version of Audacity to no avail. Tried installing Pro Tools First but that won't work at all (it's not officially supported under Windows 10 or this client's AMD processor).

Bottom line, is anybody using Audacity with a Blackjack under Windows 10 successfully? Or a Blackjack with any other software? Thanks for any info.

How can they still sell this product if the drivers are not updated and compatible with Windows 10?

Yeah, that's pretty lousy. I totally struck out with the client I was trying to help. He ended up getting a new computer, which we outfitted with a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, and I've got him happily voicing away in Sound Forge. Sometimes you just gotta move on...
