DP Chunks and VE PRO Question

Trying out the demo of DP.

Created a test chunk, which uses lots of sounds from an instance of VE PRO.

Duplicated the chunk.

New duplicate chunk sends out midi (see it onscreen) but nothing is being received by VE PRO.

What am I missing here?

Thanks
Tom

Duplicating Sequence Chunks creates entirely new instances of any of the FX Aux tracks or instruments loaded into them.
Since VEP is a stand alone application it's only talking to the first Sequence Chunk. If you want to use multiple Sequence Chunks talking to the same plug ins in VEP, I would host them in a V-Rack. The only downside to V-racks is no track automation happens, MIDI automation is all good though.
