Mother-32/DFAM left ear only

So far when I have used headphones on my M32 or DFAM, I have only been getting sound in the left ear. It continues when I try plugging the signal into my Mackie12FX mixer. My understanding is that when headphones are plugged in, it should detect it and split the signal to both ears. Then in the mixer, shouldn't it send the signal to both sides, so long as I don't have it hard panned?

Frustrated. My Minitaur didn't give me these problems. Any help?

Edit: I bought the 2 tier stand and I was using the output on the back.

Which output are you using?
I think you need to use the one on the back of the case for headphones - if you're just using the vca out, it will only come out on the left.
Otherwise, if you've racked it, something like this should get you sorted https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=7128

I bought the 2 tier stand and I was using the output on the back. Haven't used the VCA out yet. Sounds really good in the one ear, so there's that

If your mixer is doing the same thing, are you sure it's not the headphones?

Headphone adapter wasn't TRS. Found one in my room and things work now.
