Absolutely. If you do it would be a pleasure to me when you drop me a line and we'll meet for a chat or session; I am just 2hrs away.

For sure. I'd love to.

It's a year or three away, probably.

But I already intend to spend at least a month in Germany because I want to get some ink work done by a tattoo artist in Berlin (Chaim Maclev Dot to Lines), with time to chill and whatever after, and the dude has a 1-2yr waiting list anyway.

And I have one friend in Cologne I'd like to see too.

Yes, I make my own cables. Yes, I like the feel. Not too thick, but not flimsy either. By making them myself, I also am able to repair/alter them too. Takes a little patience, but once you get a routine, it's pretty easy to make them.

Sometimes you need cables for a specific case or console. Here are a couple, that I use, specific cables for specific boxes. And since these boxes have dedicated cables I use only one color for these.

Started out thinking I was going to use different colours for different lengths and try to use spefic colours for certain signals, but so far in my relatively small system (a 9u and a 6u case) it didn't make a lot of difference in workflow improvement. I mean, you patch the things yourself, and I try to always understand what I'm doing, so I know what connection is going where in my head anyway.

So now I'm thinking of going mostly black, just for the aesthetics.
