Waldorf NW1 for the wavetables (recording your own wavetables is a blast, btw) and EMW Alias VCO for the basic waveforms.

Flame 4VOX

It actually uses the same wavetable format as the Blofeld and Blofeld wavetables can be loaded directly into it (via MIDI Dump). As well as using stuff like the free Blofeld Wavetable Editor to create custom wavetables for it. The “4” VOX is as the name suggests 4 oscillators in one module also.

I dunno, man. I've got one, and I'd describe it as more glassy sounding than the Waldorf sound. Still rocks, but not quite a Blofeld.

Of course it won’t sound exactly like a Blofeld unless you have the right front end (and even then, getting the balance right will be hard). The same way you’ll never get that Minimoog sound without the right mixer, VCA and envelopes, regardless if you use a transistor ladder of not. But seeing they can use the exact same wavetables (literally) its not a bad starting point.
