How to spot an old-timer: You buy a module from someone, and it's got random stickers/toys included. My E352 just came with some extra stickers, and that was quite a treat. Been a long time since I've seen anyone do that.

So, completely random thought here, but..:

I've been messing with MI Frames in VCV a bunch lately and I'm slowly starting to realize how amazing/useful/fun this module is (I realize I'm super late to this party, hah ) You can just do SO many things with it!

I'm starting to think I want to get one (or maybe two) for my hardware rack. They're a bit on the spendy side at $360 each but it seems like they could replace a ton of other utility type modules I've been looking at (and then some!).

How are people liking their Frames? It seems like a really fun and interactive module to play with. I could do this in VCV via my expert sleepers stuff, but it seems like it'd be fun to have in hardware form (plus, I'd like to support MI). What do ya think?

Personally, I ended up selling my Frames and use a Voltage Block in it's place now for CV sequencing. Frames was a great module for my smallish, beginner system. I don't think it would be a bad purchase, there are just a few more options out there now. As for the VCV version, Frames is meant to be a physical controller from a number of CV inputs ... you're missing out a bit with the virtualized version.

Anybody got two or more Braids? Prices are getting kind of ridiculously cheap now that I'm tempted to buy a second one. It's weird seeing Mutable's former flagship being a bargain module.
