I use CAT7 cables to connect six pairs of Doepfer A-180-9.

See the above post. I also use ADDAC Eurorack Bridge, which implements a different link method.

Here's a visualization of the entire modular system. The first "AD" on the list is an expansion module.

The timing here is excellent as I was trying to figure out the best way to pass various signals between the top and bottom halves of my DIY case.

My “studio” / rig. Still fine tuning some aspects of it, but it’s mostly exactly where I want it to be

And then there were two (cases)... here is my modest but constantly growing setup:

Baby Steps today... like getting the BSPro to be the master tempo and transport controls for the 626, the Volca Sample, the KO, the SQ-1, and by extension the 510 and Model D.

Adding Pam has been a revelation.

I'm using a Disting as a quantizer but think the ADDAC 207 isn't far away.
Will eventually swap out the Dub Jnr delay and the A187 multifx...just not sure what to get..likewise the mixer section which currently is the Mix 01 and Pitts Outs.

It's awesome! I love it, thx

Still exploring and figuring things out, the subcon stuff doesn't come with
documentation seemingly (and I haven't really looked online).

Anyway, cool stuff imho. By my count this rig has 12 vco's, and thats not
counting the other firmware configurations for the Bitbox (which I haven't tried yet).

I am convinced that starting out with a pre-configured system, then
expanding outward from there is a good way to go, although certainly not
the most affordable. The choices I was able to make as a result, were
likely very different than what I would have made at the onset.

I'll post some sounds soon, tbh, the musical part is the biggest challenge for me.

Moved some things around while I finish the other case-half that has my MS-20 and other things stuffed in it, so this is my working setup for now.

Started my first track using this setup a few days ago and I am using the process to help flush out my module and other gear needs along the way.

Still sorting out some of the whats and hows. Shifting focus slightly with this case, making it a selfcontained "groovebox", bass, leads, perc, etc.

Will put the upcoming Pro 1 in the other case with my MS-20, along with the Wasp and K-20 when they eventually ship, keep the Boog and 510 here:

BTW, the 510, the 100m ADSR, and that Erica Mixer are an outstanding combo for a classic Roland voice. I'm quite pleased and am only $500 into it so far. Will be adding that System80 mod source plus a second filter and another ADSR/VCA combo, all for < $1000. People were right when they described that 100m ADSR as very musical, and playable.

My Modest 48hp:

I added the Neutron after because it was a cheap way to get a bunch of extra utility, plus a bonus couple of oscillators and things.

How’re you liking the Zoia? It’s quite high up on my list.

The Zoia is great, though admittedly since I got it just before my modular, I haven't fully exploited it. I'm currently using it as a 2 input stereo mixer with effects to mix the output of the modular and Neutron. I have done some CV work with it, not sure I'd recommend it for that. It's internal CV is not 1 volt per octave, and some things like sequencer reset seem a bit dodgy / unpredictable.

The latest update really helped drop CPU load but, on mine at least, introduced some lag when navigating menus. The effects that I've used all sound great, especially like the ghostverb which is a sort of unstable-pitch-lofi-reverb.

It's overall a great design and fun platform that hopefully will continue to add polish and functionality, I would definitely recommend checking one out.
