But not yay. I haven't exhausted 5 yet, and not sure I'm likely to.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads-up. Definitely going to download the update today. Reaktor makes up a hefty portion of my sounds. Makes it into almost every track.

The new price may push reaktor out of the crossgrade option for komplete.

Lucky you. I paid around £400 16 or so years ago.

5 has such a long way to go in my hands, I could not justify an upgrade fee.

I love the fact that the low pass is called Paul though, awwww cute.

Will wait for a komplete upgrade path but those blocks look great. Hopefully some developers such as twisted tools release some blocks in the future.

I hope not but if I think about it you are probably correct.

I expect that this will stay that price for some time mate, still you got a real bargain, I'm not angry, it's given me many years of headaches for my cash haha. The new format looks cool, a bit gimmicky maybe. It will be interesting to see how it works and if they have come up with some format that universally links modules I/o in the box format.

Will this allow non builders to actually link modules connections from random machines? That's how it appears without actually looking in the structure.

remeber that on black friday they have 50% sale, including some updates. They usually don't put newer sutff on that sale, but the next year surely.

yeah, Black Friday is what I wait for every year to load up on music stuff. If this year they include the new Reaktor 6 in with the Komplete 10 Ultimate Upgrade I'm in. If not, I'll simply wait another year.

Had komplete and of all the many many synths that were in there, Reaktor was still the king after all these years, with some of the old Electronic Instruments ones holding up to the also excellent Monark and Razor. Always wanted it a bit more Vaz Modular like in terms of building, an easy mode as such, and in 6, with the new UI, and with these new filters and such, I'm quite excited. It's a great price too, considering how much it used to be.

Looks great but I was really hoping for multicore support and some scripting language integration, graphical patching for low level stuff in Core is really painful IMO, I hate spending half an hour patching something that I could code in 10 lines and 5 min.

Seems like multicore support is extremely complex (or nigh impossible) to implement in Reaktor according to [email protected], so it probably won't happen. However they updated the Core back-end (and I believe primaries too) so it should be less CPU.

oh chit. You can use monark individual parts now :0
Yes I realized you could do that before but now you don't need a PHD in astrophysics

Komplete 10 comes with reaktor 5 not 6. Rekator 6 will be probably in Komplete 11.

NI does this always after releasing new versions. Good way to make more money from Komplete users.

...one of the coolest electronic music tools ever for me. I wonder how old-version ensembles will play and if it will be easy to integrate them with new modules. Great price too if i even try to think about the stuff one can do with it.

I want to do a dedicated Reaktor laptop so would I be okay getting a Core 2 Duo?
Like this: Refurbished: Dell Latitude E6400 - 14.1" Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8GHz, 4GB Ram, 160GB Hard Drive, Windows 7 Home

It comes in at about $150

So is the 99 Euro the introductory upgrade pricing or is that regular price?
