Gapless

Hey guys, I am in a band called End, Ocean and we are having a few problems with making a gapless master to send off for duplication. I tunes sucks and we tried using a software called Toast 8, Still no luck. Any Ideas on how we can make a true gapless master without having to get one from our producer?

I've made gapless CDs succesfully with both of those programs. Is there a specific problem you're running into?

itunes is automatically setting the amount of time in each gap, even with no gaps selected it will still put in a small cut off. The same for toast. I have checked out other forums and they all say its the new versions of itunes that wont allow you to do so. haha were stuck here.

if you have had the album mastered to be gapless by crossfading all of the songs successfully, then you can load the master disc into iTunes and when you submit the info to iTunes/CDDB or rip it into iTunes check the box "gapless" in the iTunes info page for the album. that should prevent iTunes from inserting space between the tracks.
