Lavry AD122-96 MKIII Dither & Noise Shaping Question

Quick question for those of you that know this machine well

What are the sonic pro's & cons of the following Menu choices in your view/experience?

1. Re ABC Dither - Flat or HPDF?
2. Re Noise Shaping - Off, NS1, NS2, NS3 or NS4?

I'm not a ME and I've not used these functions yet (I use the box for 2Buss Mix capture) but I'm thinking of using these functions for quick & dirty 'loud' A&R demo's only (mp3 or streaming etc)

Any advice much appreciated

I'd just set it to:
HPDF, Noise-shaping off.
