Cutting Parts in LA

For the first time in a while, I've got an LA client who wants to release a vinyl LP. He's got a mastering engineer he likes, but I want to steer him to someone good and local to cut his parts. And he'd like to attend if possible.

There's Bernie, and Bakery, and Kevin Gray... anyone else you'd recommend?

He seems like he belongs on the list for sure, thanks. Cool site, too.

The 18 minutes a side maximum for 12" is wishful thinking, though. :-)

Yeah. You'll find vinyl side recommendations all over the map on the web. My favorite is Paul Gold's:

My client would love that idea, actually. Especially if Cameron would let him attend. That's exactly the kind of road trip he'd really dig.

Brent,

Go with Eric at The Bakery, The sony experience is always fun. If he's not available or the rate is too high, go with Jett. She is smashing. The Robo-Lav is by far the best Lav in the world. Stupid good.
