Wavelab and bit conversion - new user

Can't seem to convert to 16 bit. Have it set to 16 bit with dither in the master section. I then render and resulting file is still 24 bit? What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, found it. Have to edit output format on the render screen. Kind of hiding in there. I stumbled across it.

Yep, as you start to find a workflow, you may want to consider using the Render Presets for rendering various master files.

It was my favorite addition to WaveLab 9.5. Big time saver and accuracy promoter.
