Render Oversampling

If mastering ITB, anyone using this?

Limiters and clipper comes to mind first but some eq, comp.s also have very high o.s. options. An automatic bonus to sound or a waste of time waiting rendering?

Having different (higher) OS option when rendering offline is actually a cool thing because it allows you to use high factor that wouldn't work in realtime (or you got an extra strong CPU)
But you would have to listen to the render file and compare it with other options.
Higher OS factor doesn't always mean better sounding audio (subjectivity in place)
