I have the old Mackie Onyx 1640 which I use to route all my synths. I have some high end stuff (Great River EQ-2NV, Distressors, some Chameleon Labs 7602s) but I like to use my Mackie as the front end to do FX bussing etc. An engineer friend was checking out my setup recently...
