1176 ln silverface VS Toft audio Dc-2

Hi!
I know... the Urei is a classic, it's pro... it's simply the 1176! Everybody knows it.
But nowadays it could be overrated...and overpriced.

What about this Dc-2, it's a stereo F.E.T. compressor...
It seems like a modern version of the 1176 minus the british mode plus the fact that it's stereo and only 600$!

Anyone tried it?

If it will do the 1176 tone no compression just the circut but not really get the 1176 compression curves down I still think it would be a deal for the tone.
