Autopan, ping pong effects

Hello Everyone,

Now looking for one outboard effect the autopan/ping pong. I need your help

considering few machines;
- Tc electronic M350
- Lexicon MX400
- Yamaha spx90/900/990
- Kurzweil Mangler

maybe something else, not passing my $400 budget. (with digital in/out a +)

what do you think?

Coming from out of leftfield a bit the Boss SE-70 is really great for ping pong delays...particularly with phase or flange after the delay.

Half rack & wall wart make it less than fully pro though :(

Thanks for your reply,

You are right; i completely forgot this unit, but now you also added more option such as phase or flange.... i may really have to go to the lexicon mx400 to get more effects

If you need an autopanner ( as opposed to a panning delay ) you should look for a Drawmer M500.

Midicontrol and midisync.

Buy one from me

great engine, but already setup with gate, compressor, parametric eq, this unit will be too much trouble...

Hey,

that´s what the presets are for. No need to use any other functions.

Are you perhaps thinking of the PanScan? That was the first dedicated autopanner I ever saw. Made by AD+R or whatever the name of that British company that also made Scamp racks and Vocal Stressors was.

The Spanner was made by Electrospace Developments and was a competing product to the Pan Scan which was made by ADR.
