Knob job needed

Fellow Slutz,

I'm looking for a source for push-on knobs for a restoration project.

The knob is black, about 3/4" long, 1/2" wide. I've seen in on many late 60s equipment including audio gear, and even some of RF gear made by Gates and Collins. The knob as a small channel which allows it to be pressed on over a lever switch with a rectangular shaft.

I can find a lot of sources for it's older cousin, the "Top Hat" knob, but this one is evading me.

Anyone seen them for sale, preferably at a good price for quantity buying? I would like to get more than a few at a decent price as it seems that more and more stuff I'm restoring is turning up with this style knob missing. As Chicago would sing, "I've Been Serching So Long".

Here's a picture of the knob I'm looking for....

I know I was. I thought you wanted to have your potentiometer cleaned.
