808 sine bass sample help!!!!

Does anyone have an 808 bass sample they can post? I have tried to produce my own 808 sine bass sample. But i can never get it right. When i do they usually sound good on my montors but never on regular speakers. Another thing is that they never come though on regular speakers. I guessing that the freq. is to low for regular speakers to handle? Can anyone explain to me how to make an 808 sample the right way? The ones you hear in hip hop music or rock music to accent a big hit.

Why is the sample rate 706 kbps? That quality is too damn low to be used professionally.

Go to http://boomklik.com/808AMEK.zip

"so, i am not sure if you would call these "top quality" 808 samples...

it all started as an expirement in a studio running all the 808 instruments
through an amek board and into various outboard hardware...one of
which was a tube tech compressor slamming the hell out of the sounds.

it was all recorded to 2" tape and then into pro tools..my favorite part of
the pack is that i recorded the tape back into protools at different speeds.

abuse as needed. "

Thanks again boomklik!

try a 60hz sine wave gated by the kick drum. [you can "tune" the hz to the key of the song if you like]... adjust release for sustain.
