Nady 1050 - Tube Socket?

Hi,

I picked up a generic version of a nady 1050 on ebay. Unfortunately, it was one of the original designs with the tube soldered into the pcb.

Read some various posts about folks ho have added a tube socket, but wanted to get some more specifics, ie what socket you used, how hard it was to do this, etc.

Any help is appreciated.
