Routing a Yamaha O2R96

Anyone have one of these boards? When mixing ITB I am sending an Aux send of the vocal track from Cubase SX to my board via ADAT Hammerfall 9652 card, thru the omni outs to a Lexicon reverb and back into my board from the Lexicon via A/D input to channel 19. I can see the Aux send on my Master meter, and another aux send from the bass track going to my headphone system, but do not see the signal at the reverb. I have the aux buss patched to the omni outs. The aux master on the master layer is up. But I can only see the aux send on the master meter when I raise the fader for that output and then it gets louder. Almost like it's being summed. This is not happening to the send on the bass track aux. So something is different about this send. I have already pulled all of my hair out and am getting a sunburned scalp as our yearly two weeks of good weather here in Seattle is happening now. Help Me Please! dfegad
