My second hand rode SMR needs parts.

Just asking a quick question of where I can find the little clip for the rode SMR that attaches the shockmount to the microphone stand/boom arm. I have searched for a few hours and found nothing, figured I could get some advice here. If anyone knows let me know, otherwise i'll just buy a new one or go out and try myself a little DIY.

What does that mean? No luck reaching them? No response? Or they don’t carry replacement parts?

Looking at the SMR on the Sweetwater site, I’m not able to figure out what “clip” you are missing. Can you post a picture of your shock mount?

It doesn’t look like a separate part. If the actual screw-on connector section, the plastic housing and the metal female screw, have broken off, I doubt that it is repairable. And the Rycote shock mount isn’t cheap. Good luck!
