Which (un)balanced cables and connectors to use

Hello,

Which cables do I use between a B-Band A3t output of an acoustic guitar towards the input of a Steinberg UR22 mkII that is connected with Cubase 6 in my PC with USB? Preferably balanced (TRS or XLR) if possible ...

And something else: I would like to study some stuff about sound, DAW (Cubase 6) and home recording studio in general without wanting to become a sound engineer ... Can somebody advice me what course to follow, book to read, etc ...

Thank you very much for helping me out.

As far as cables go you just need a standard guitar cable. The output of your acoustic is not balanced so going trs or xlr wont do anything for you.

As far as books go here is an amazon link for something that might help.

The cable between the preamp and the endpin jack of the B-Band A3t has 3 wires, 1 shield, a red one and a white one, and the endpin itself has 3 connectng points, so I thought: balanced ...
