Is it the Si1 or Si1+?

What's your budget?

Usually I see something along the lines of line arrays and stacks of subs when running a console of that price range.

You'll want a nice drive-rack, ether traditional or all in one unit. Your doing this for one particular room or as a tour rig? If its going to be for a permanent instal you need to look the room's nodes, reflection's etc and should do a good analysis before hand. Be best to hire out a company for this because once your finished you'll not need the test rig again barring massive changes to the room and test rig's aren't cheap.

With a large budget as 10K you can set yourself up with some nice higher end boxes and amp's/cases etc. Not enough cash for a super high end set-up but you can look at names like JBL, RCF, Crown, QSC.

The amount of coverage you want/need will determine how many boxes/amps and at what price/quality of these brands you can use. As far as front-end and effect's I'd say at-least two separate units for Time-based effects and if you go with a single unit for your dynamic processing I'd spend some good money on it. Names like Lexecon and DBX are good for this gear.

You need stage monitors to?

I dont see how listing the desk you are using is relevant to working out what speakers you need here

For the US based people, 1,000,000 rupes is roughly 16,000 US dollars.

With that, you are going to spend more on the console then the output gear which really throws the whole thing on its head.
