HI Folks- just built a complicated remote control scene for reaper remote control via an X32 console, a very old one! I went to export the x32 show file to a USB and discovered the surface USB slot is not working.
Anybody know if you can export a show file via the Card USB port, and if so HOW?

By the "Card USB port" do you mean X-USB expansion card? If you do, then you can not export the show file via this port.

Next to it there are 2 ports -- USB and RJ45 -- marked 'REMOTE CONTROL'. You could try to connect USB cable to that USB port and use a program called X32Edit (there are Mac and PC versions; for 3.x version of x32 firmware use X32Edit v3.2, for 4.x firmware use X32Edit v4.1) to save the show file.

Also you could connect the board to a computer network with an Ethernet cable and use the same software.

To be honest, I never tried controlling x32 using this USB connection, only Ethernet.
