I'm a complete beginner in the world of midi and musical notation. I'd appreciate some help in assigning the 25 keys of an M-Audio to the samples ona Roland sp-404. As I understand it the Sp-404 samples midi ID's cannot be changed so I have to do it on the Axiom. I have about half of one end of the axiom connected with samples I like through seeing what lights up on the sp-404. Now I need the other half of the keyboard to connect to other samples. Do I try to change the midi info in the Axiom ? If so could someone point me in the direction or suggest a simpler way? Thanks
