Wireless system power supply

I order a shure slx4 reciever and sennhesier ew300 g3 iem system in ebay and I found that all two power supply did not match the power voltage in my city. Mine is 240v and the power supply from ebay is 110v.

May I use two regulated universal switchable voltage power supply for them? They are power supply from a brand called 'SUPER' and it is 400mA, can switch to 12V.
I have use a multimeter to check the voltage and it shows that the adapter is providing 11.9V.

Also I have checked that both the power supply of the receiver and transmitter is 12V 400mA.

Will it me safe or stable to use my universal adapter, if no, what replacement power supply can i buy?

I'm from the USA but have lived in Europe and Asia for the last year so i get your concern.

if the universal power adapter can handle the 240VAC and then step it down, the Sennheiser operates at 12VDC and the Shure at 12-18VDC (a little more flexibility). you should be fine as long as the powersupply can handle the 240VAC. The label should say something like 100-240VAC 50/60hz, which means it is truly universal.

If you're not sure, post a picture of the label of the universal power supply.

what country are you in if i may ask?

Thanks for your answer!! It is such a big concern since I don't want to break my gear. It's really difficult to find the original adapter to purchase.

The attachment is the picture of the universal adapter and I'm from Hong Kong.

that power supply in the picture is "universal" for all inputs since it supported 100-240VAC and 50/60hz.
