Description

he Kush Clariphonic DSP MKII is modeled from the ground up using all new algorithms and filters. The mkII sounds markedly smoother than the original, And it's considerably more powerful in use. It has 3 modes: classic Stereo, Dual Mono so you can eq each side differently, or Mid-Side for advanced sweetening. The GUI is overhauled as well, it's a little easier on the eye and a lot easier to use. Between the smoother sound, the 3 operational modes, and the enhanced interface, the Clariphonic DSP MKII brings new life to a plug-in you already love. The Clariphonic DSP MKII features full modeling by UBK of all parallel pathways and circuitry. The Clariphonic DSP MKII, like its analog cousin, blends custom-tuned, silky smooth high frequency filters with the unprocessed, full range audio to crack open the midrange, presence, and air with an effortlessness that is unrivalled by any other plugin in existence. Itâ??s effectiveness is matched only by its elegant simplicity, with toggle switches to select the filters and a knob that makes the gain go in one direction: up. With two high-shelves running in parallel on each channel, and your choice of 6 unusual and carefully selected corner frequencies, there is no limit to the types of sweet high end the Clariphonic can produce. The internal parallel signal paths produce a form of additive-only high frequency equalization that is at once holographic, transparent, and virtually phaseless. You get effortless, natural high end for days. The new interface now shows two channels like the hardware unit, and adds three operational modes - Dual Mono, Stereo, and an indispensible Mid/Side mode for advanced mastering. All band names can now be clicked on directly, or activated via classic toggle switches. LEDs beside each band make it easy to instantly assess which filters are active.

PLUGIN OF THE YEAR - 2015!!! or TOP 3!!!

I second the admiration for MJUC, SDC and VMR. As great as MJUC and SDC are, i think VMR takes it so far imho, mainly for its two stellar eqs. Also clariphonic dsp mkii should be in the top 3 list.

Major FREE Kush upgrade: Electra DSP 1.5!

...don't become fossilized. We have more updates in the pipeline, although not all of them are free! But, like the Clariphonic DSP Mkii, they'll be reasonably priced and will add enough major new functionality and overall 'awesomeness' to make the upgrade a no-brainer. :) First of all, I *love* that people are actually reading...
