Audreio tech support - does it exist?

I would really love to use the iPhone app with my PT mix buss, especially after I've paid $25 for the plugin! I have sent two emails and a PM on Facebook since last Thursday and so far, only crickets.

I can't login and have tried to reset my password several times, still nothing.

Has anyone gotten any tech support or responses from these people?

Did they ever get back to you? I've heard from others that purchased that they won't respond including myself.

Problems with Audreio app, no tech support at all !!

Yeah, same thing here. I bought Audreio 6 days ago and it crashes Logic X... So I'm trying to get in touch with them to get a fix or my money back.
I sent multiple emails, Facebook messages, youtube, etc....... Nothing... Not a word from them.

They obviously don't care about their customers...

I too just purchased Audreio Plugin and sent emails for help. I can't even. When i first installed it and launched Logic, it told me it can't run on my computer. I deleted it and purchased license. I then installed it again. This time Logic doesn't even see it.

I purchased it a couple of days ago after seeing Dave Pensado review it. So far, it seems like a great, well-thought out app if you enjoy:
1. A plugin that consistently crashes your Pro Tools sessions.
2. Doesn't connect to your iphone. You'll get constant "Poor network performance" warnings. (My network is reliably 550 mbps)
I also have received no response to my support request.
