Has anyone had an Antelope Isochrone 10M fail? It goes through its spooky HAL9000 warm up phase, but then I get an error message followed by the streamed #'s ***** 0.00v ****** 493mA ****** ERROR ******

Agreed, that is not normal. I have not ever had that on mine either.

I would contact Antelope, they have excellent support.

I wish this were true. Our experience with their support places it among the worst of any of the vendors we have done business with. (Look at the gear list of Manifold Recording and you will see that that's quite a large list.)

I've had issues with my antelope clock too and their tech support is absolutely horrible. Finally shipped it off, got it back 3 weeks later unfixed. 2 big thumbs down.

Wow seems sudden all this stuff happening. But tried and true gear slutz not shills reporting... Makes you wonder.. Can you other reporters detail your issues? I have an orion and 10M and was thinking of replacing my D-box with the new box antelope came out with.. Not so sure now

I hope this shakes things up if these allegations are true

A friend of mine's Rubidium clock failed. He took it to the local service location. It sat there for months and months. I went by there on an unrelated issue, and saw a bunch of them. They were waiting for parts that Antelope had failed to provide for quite some time. I don't care how good something sounds if it's unreliable and the company can't provide good service.

People need to look into after sales support before purchase. Ardvark has a seemingly deserved bad rep.

The Grimm CC1 eats the Antelope 10M for breakfast.

This is sad news, especially given the high price tag. Is this only for the 10M? Has anyone experienced similar issues with the new 10MX?

One of the many reason I am an Apogee customer for 25 years. Issues have been rare, and when I've had them, the service has been amazing.

I get a feeling there's a whole new generation of customers who've never heard of Aardvark Audio.
