SCA N72..Phase Flip Switch Question

I bought some used SCA preamps....I just want to clarify something about the phase flip switch.

The photo shows the N72 module: am I correct to assume that to flip the phase the switch is pushed to the right (so in this photo the switch is on the left so there is no phase reversal).

Sorry if it may sound like a silly question but going off the phantom switch logic above it: in the right switch position phantom is (off)....I'm a little confused.

So my thinking of this photo is:

phantom ON / phase reverse OFF (am I right)?

I think you're correct. But isn't the phase if it's switched left simply the opposite of the phase with it switched right?

Damned awesome pre. I have two N72s.

left is off right phase flipped. Opposite set up from the phantom power.

Great...that clears that up. Cheers
