That's a very good explanation.
But, isn't the cost a one-time operation. After first digitalization the actual cost of reproducing and sending the manual is close to 0?
Now, tech-support for those consoles -of course that's adifferent storry.

$600 for a manual is very hard to understand in 2018.

Not to be a dick or snide or anything like that.. but I don't think you read this thread very well. The issue is that Harrison refuses to offer anything except a full print out of the manual for $600.

I've already bit the bullet and bought it.. in fact I bought it like 3 years ago.


Its just insane that they won't just digitize it and offer the manual for free or a much, much lower price which would save a ton of paper.

I get the whole.. our info and our help costs money.. but a manual for a 30 year old console for $600 when a company simply refuses to step into the 21st century.. thats another head scratcher all together.

oh well. At least I finally got the console wired up.
