I did not want pop filters sounded between them to have.
Only purely microphones.

What is good at the sound?
Which price would you think?

It is a modified microphone.

What counts is how it sounds to YOU. You bought it.

It sounds fine.

Correctly.
I bought and modified it.

Now, I want to know which to say other 'ears' to it.

It sounds good but always hard to tell until you hear it in the mix!

It is now pure - Tube Preamp in AD Converter - Lavry.
No Eq, no compression.

Sounds 2 - digital the Dely and L2 finish.

With Channel or EQ is in mix more simply.

@ all - Thanks for your assistance. The microphone to know in which Qualtity/stage it is.

:O

Both files are so horribly distorted whenever the singer sings loudly that I cant tell. In the quieter parts I think it sounds ok but lacks upper mid range definition and clarity. It might have trouble being clear in a mix.

Do I need some special program to play these files without distortion?

Legend, as sounds the microphone?
Good or badly. Is it something which one needs?
Is it something which one with EQ (mix) make beautiful can?

It sounds like a budget mic with harshness in the midrange and I also hear siblance. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 4.

Thanks for the first answers.

The basis for the microphone is one budget 1450 € tube Mic.
Now with other tubes (Mullard) 12ax7 and 12au7 and other Caps.

How about posting a picture of your tube mic?

Also, what mods did you perform?
