"Lunchbox" format?

So, apart from the 500 series, the SSL X-rack, the Audient Black series, what other kind of "lunchbox" format do you know?

By the way, I read on some other tread that Audient Black series have been discontinued. Yet, they are still on Audient's website. So, discontinued or not?

Embrionic, pretty complete list of yours but a couple to add to it. Aphex had at least 2 different lunchbox formats, maybe three. Their older 8000 series, their newer 9000 series (the ones interchangable with the DBX 900 series), and they have a 4B lunchbox that came out in between the two series that held modules like the CX-1 and was API compatible. That series might have been just a smaller lunchbox and worked with the 8000 series modules, anyone know more about that here? JBL had a luchbox with modules which I know they had at least compressor and gate modules for. Anyone know more about that one? Didn't ADR have a luchbox series too?

tnx... yeah the valley people stuff should be on their too, although I think they were affiliated with Allison research which then morphed into valley, yes a few others too. I did not list the some of the Aphex stuff because it is lunchbox format (CX-1 etc) and I think the OP was asking about non-lunchbox stuff, but indeed there are a couple others from Aphex. gosh I forgot about that jbl stuff I have seen those they looked pretty nice, but never got a a chance to plug 'em in.

As for ADR, I believe they made the SCAMP modular, but indeed, probably more accurate to list as ADR.

Actually never heard of those 8000 series Aphex, but while we are on the topic, I hear Aphex has, for the first time in decades, released some new products for the lunchbox series. kewel
