Wha Hapened to Audio Upgrades' site?

I can get their home page, but none of the linx woik. Do they have a new site?

I guess I'm a dumas...I don't get it. But when I go to audioupgrades.com I can see the homepage with 4 red x's on the left, but linkees no woikee.
Is there another URL perhaps?

If you have x's instead of the words (like "products") that usually means the entire page didn't load into your browser.

On the other hand, I got to the page, saw the link words and clicked on "products" ......nothing happened. So I double clicked on it and it went to the products page. My guess...dirty contacts in the "products" clicker. Some of that virtual contact spray on a q-tip would probably help.

there are plenty of folks who prefer to talk rather than write. much faster and much more clear. starting in the television age and accelerating through the computer age, actual human interaction is going right down the ****ter.

well yes, of course. but why have an email address on the website if you arent going to answer? waste of time to the customer.

my personal experience with Jim has been - emailed him about a mod...didn't hear back so gave him a call and got him right away, had a good long conversation. a couple weeks after that he answered my original email, heh. next time i wanted to ask him something i called first, and got right through again.
