Pair of API 527 or APA Leviathan?

Loading up another 500 rack with comps (my other is filled with eq's ). For those who've used both which would you recommend? OR would one of each be the way to go?

Currently have an IC Brute and AM Hippo in there.

I don't care what the names sound like as much as the comps :-)

One of each. Haven't used the 527 yet, but knowing its sonic roots I would say that the two pieces would complement one another nicely. Also, for my workflow and in my studio, either of these units would tend to be used on mono sources (except perhaps for a 527 pair as a pseudo-2500 on the drum bus).

Right in. Thanks for the input!

Scored a pair of 527's today. Guess I'll start there :-)
