I had an experience with Umanov that really turned me off. I was in the market for a D18 and because they did not know me they treated me like a thiurd class citizen. Needless to say I didnot purchase the D18 I went to look at. I later found the one I bought at Coptten Music in Nashville were unkwon I was treated with utmost kindness and respect. I'll never step ffot in Matt Umanov's again. They can take their elitist BS and put it on their shelf.
