PMC IB1 problems

I have been trying to get PMC to help me resolve the problem with this blown 10"woofer.I have been working on this for 2 months.I phoned Maurice Patist concerning a possible recone ,with no reply to date....I have looked at other options..I have 2 sets of TB2s and a pair of IB1s.I thought that their support for their product was better, but maybe I should have researched this aspect a bit more.I was wondering if any of you guys out their, have run across any 3rd party replacements for their 10" woofers????I am now looking to my gear sluts for help.A million pairs of eyes can definitely see more than one pair......Please help me out.

I'm surprised you can't get anything from PMC, whenever I have had problems they have been straight back to me, by phone too not e-mail.

They're probably on their xmas break now but in January I'd contact

Geoff (AT) promonitor.co.uk

He is a service engineer there and very helpful.

My dealings with PMC have always been brilliant.

I've had 2 new mids for my IB1's from PMC over the last 10 years, and they got them posted out to me the same day I contacted them.

Took my AML1's into the factory for a same day repair after I blew one of the amps a few years ago.

And also spoken to them on the phone several times about soffit mounting and obtaining schematics for custom stands.

If you'd rather, contact Funky Junk in London and they'll probably be happy to arrange everything for a small service payment. They're in the UK.
