My calculations say that 600 pounds in about $900 canadian. That will easily get you a used tlm103(I find the negative reviews on this as reliable as the reviews on the ISA). I also like the re-20 for vocals. I recorded tons of vocalists with just those 2 mics for years.

It sounds bigger and more euphonic than the 428 but it still sits in that clean-colored category.
