anyone with a ADAM sub???

I was working with my buddy at his studio (where I do alot of my work) today and his studio designer was said that he should get a sub for his ADAM S3A's. I was under the impression that the S3A's second driver was a subwoofer of sorts. I already hear below 80hz more clearly than on any other system I've ever worked on. Does it make sense to get a sub? Anyone with S3A/SUB experience?

I use the Sub10 with my S3A's.

If you work on music that a 40-50 Hz kick sound is important and have no Main monitors then there is no other way.

I can't use my S3As anymore without my sub...
