6176 tube replacement....Pink noise test?

Ok I got myself a 6176 about a year ago secondhand, I have no idea how many hours its done.

I ran some pink noise through it at various levels of gain and then compared the signals with a spectrum analyser.

There seems to be a definite role off in the high frequencies that is quite noticeable from 9-10K. It gets more pronounced the higher the frequencies are.

Is this just a characteristic of the 6176 or a sign of worn out tubes?
